However, in reality fat is needed to help support and maintain your body.
Juice Plus+ is not another fad diet or deprivation of food regime. It is a way to help you gain all of the necessary micro-nutrients that your body craves on a daily basis.
Juice Plus + has helped me to change my eating habits, so that I can maintain a healthy weight in the future. It has helped me to enjoy food in the right way, because I am now beginning to make the right choices.
Many “low fat” products are filled with different additives and sugars that are actually doing your body more harm than good. As a human being, we need fat. It is vital. However, Juice Plus + has helped me to realise that my choice in fatty foods hasn’t always been the right ones.
